Würth Group reports sales grew 2.3% in 2025 to approximately EUR 20.7 billion (US$24.03 billion), achieving another record in sales while also gaining market share. Adjusted for currencies, sales grew 3.2%. The operating result remained at last year’s level (EUR 940 million before tax).
In Germany, Würth generated a 0.8% sales gain to EUR 8 billion, while its companies outside of Germany achieved sales growth of 3.3% to EUR 12.7 billion.
Würth’s Auto division reported positive development, while the Construction division returned to growth with an increase of 6.4% following a decline in the previous year. Among the Group’s Allied Companies, the Electrical Wholesale, Electronics, and Chemicals units all grew at higher rates than the overall Group.
“The Würth Group looks back on a challenging fiscal year characterized by geopolitical uncertainties and a weak economy. Against this backdrop, we are very satisfied with this result,” said Robert Friedmann, Chairman of the Central Management Board of the Würth Group.
“However, we are still lacking economic momentum in industrial production.”
Currently, Würth has 86,415 employees worldwide (2024: 88,393 employees), with 44,000 employees working in sales. In Germany, the Würth Group has 26,672 employees on its payroll.
