Italy-based Vimi Fasteners reported first quarter revenues rose 6.9% to €14.67 million (US$17.3 million), supported by stronger orders booked in the second half of 2025. The order backlog stood at €31.23 million, slightly below the prior-year level, indicating sustained demand.
Net financial debt remained stable at about €19.6 million.
Founded in 1967, Vimi Fasteners designs and manufactures fasteners for the automotive, industrial, oil & gas and aerospace sectors.
