Trimas Aerospace hired Chris Moakes as Engineering Manager.
Previous experience includes working for Decco Castings (2024-26), GKN Aerospace (2013-2024), and Rolls Royce (2002-2012).
Moakes earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Global Institute of Language - United States.
In November, TriMas agreed to sell its aerospace fasteners segment for an all-cash price of $1.45 billion to investment firm Tinicum.
Bloomfield Hills, MI-based TriMas manufactures fasteners and components for the consumer products, aerospace and industrial markets, with 3,900 employees in 13 countries.
