Julia Hilton joined Stanley Black & Decker as VP of Supply Chain Strategy for STANLEY Engineered Fastening.

Prior to her new job, she worked Schneider Electric in leadership positions for 20 years. Hilton started her career as a product planner at John Deere.

She earned a BS in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and an MBA from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.

For more than 100 years, Towson, MD-based STANLEY Engineered Fastening has designed and manufactured industrial, automotive and electronics fasteners.
