SouthernCarlson has acquires W Construction Supply for an undisclosed sum. The deal, which adds rebar fabrication capabilities to SouthernCarlson’s platform, marks SouthernCarlson's second add-on acquisition in three months since partnering with Truelink Capital.

Founded in 2010, Barberton, OH-based W Construction Supply offers rebar fabrication, concrete and masonry distribution, and equipment rental services from two facilities in Ohio.

W Construction Supply will continue to operate under its existing name through the transition.

Founded in 1947, Omaha, NE-based SouthernCarlson operates eight distribution centers and 115 local stores, stocking 67,000 SKUs for 50,000 professional customers.

In November 2025, SouthernCarlson was acquired by Truelink Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, from Kyocera Corp. of Japan.
