S.W. Anderson Company has acquired Aero-Space Computer Supplies (ASCS), a factory-authorized stocking distributor in Minneapolis. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Aero-Space Computer Supplies was founded in 1963 as a factory-authorized stocking distributor of high-quality engineered fasteners and electromechanical components. ASCS partners with manufacturers that support the electronic enclosure, flex circuitry, and power management markets.

Founded in 1926, Bolingbrook, IL-based S.W. Anderson supplies specialty and standard fasteners, hardware, slides, and manufacturing components for the industrial manufacturing market. The company provides services to the automotive, commercial vehicle, consumer goods, aerospace, and food & beverage industries through 9 sales offices/distribution centers in the U.S.
