Packer Fastener opened a distribution center to service the Indianapolis metropolitan area.

The nearly 40,000 sq ft facility in Lebanon, IN, strengthens supply for commercial contractors, manufacturers and fabricators working in the data center, renewable energy and power generation industries.

“Positioning inventory and support services closer to these regional customers will help reduce lead times, improve delivery speed, and strengthen supply reliability in a key manufacturing and industrial zone,” the company stated.

Since September 2024, the company has added DCs in metros of Kansas City; Columbus, OH; Atlanta and now Indianapolis, it’s 12th location; along with new branches in Mississippi and Iowa.

“We’re expanding strategically to markets that are growing quickly to supply a more localized inventory,” stated CEO Terry Albrecht. “That means our partners get what they need and stay on schedule.”

Founded in 1998, Green Bay, WI-based Packer Fastener distributes threaded fasteners and and other industrial supplies. Packer Fastener companies include Packer Freight, a freight brokerage and logistics company; and specialty fastener manufacturer Albolt Manufacturing.
