Optimas Solutions promoted Peter Hreska to CFO.

Since joining Optimas in 2023, Hreska has played an important role in leading the Americas finance team and advancing key priorities across planning, reporting, cash flow, working capital and financial operations. In his expanded role as CFO, he will lead Optimas’ financial strategy in support of profitable growth, while helping align financial planning and operational execution across the business.

Prior to joining Optimas, he held several finance leadership roles at A.M. Castle & Co., most recently serving as Senior VP, Finance & Treasurer. He holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance from Illinois State University, and is both a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant.

Wood Dale, IL-based Optimas Solutions provides fasteners and C-class components and services to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive, agricultural, and medical equipment markets. The company operates locations in 19 U.S. states plus Mexico, Europe and Asia/Pacific.
