MW Components promoted Jim Margiotta to CEO of MW Fasteners.

Margiotta brings leadership and manufacturing experience to the role, including several years as GM of Accurate Screw Machine. He joined Charlotte, NC-based MW Components in 2019.

“He takes on this role at an important time for our fasteners business,” the company stated. “MW Fasteners is investing in its people, expanding manufacturing capabilities across its U.S. based locations, and building the capacity needed to support growing customer requirements.”

MW Fasteners, which is recalibrating to a focused fastener manufacturing business, manufactures precision machined, cold-headed, NAS/MS/AN, and custom fasteners for aerospace, defense, medical, electronics, and other industries.

In May, MW Components was sold to UK investment firm Rosebank Industries for $950 million.
