MW Components has been sold to UK investment firm Rosebank Industries for $950 million. The transaction closed on May 28.

Charlotte, NC-based MW Components operates 24 manufacturing facilities in the U.S., employing 1,750 people to produce fasteners, springs, and precision metal components for aerospace & defense, electronics, semiconductors, medical, energy, agriculture, and other industrial markets. It generated revenues of $500 million in 2025, with an adjusted operating margin of 15%. The company was acquired by American Securities in 2017.
