Martin Inc. added two fastener industry veterans for its fastening team.

Martin hired Scott Rushing as Director of Fastener Sales. He joined Martin from Würth Industry USA, where he worked for more than 12 years. Rushing began his fastener career in 2003 as a manager for Fastenal Co.

Martin also hired Phillip Lynch as Director of Fastener Business Development. He joined Lynch from TR Fastenings, where he worked for four years. Previous experience also includes five years with Shamrock International Fastener, three years with Thruway, 1.5 years with Metric Fasteners Corp., three years with Gexpro, four years with Anixter, and one year with Würth USA, where he began his career in 2002.

“They’re joining Martin Supply to help lead the strategic growth and performance of our Fastener division, with nearly 50 years of combined experience in that industry,” the company stated.

Founded in 1934, Florence, AL-based Martin operates 48 distribution centers and integrated sites across the U.S.
