LindFast Solutions Group appointed Nick Jones as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Jones will report directly to CEO Mike Spencer.

“His track record of driving profitable growth, strengthening financial processes, and supportingscalable operations will be instrumental as we continue to expand our platform and execute our long-term strategy.”

Jones joins LSG with more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across large, complex organizations. Previous experience includes serving as CFO of Iron Sheepdog, as well as 21 years at Ferguson Enterprises.

Founded in 1983, Blaine, MN-based LSG is a master distributor of specialty fasteners, wire and cable, and adhesive solutions. Nautic Partners acquired LSG in 2019 in partnership with management.
