Kadimi Tool Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd. recently acquired the US-based Rol-Flo Engineering for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1978 by Roger Orlomoski, Westerly, RI-based Rol-Flo designs and manufactures flat form-rolling dies or roll for automotive, aerospace, and industrial fastener manufacturers.

The deal provides India-based Kadimi with a U.S. manufacturing base for greater access to the fast-growing aerospace market, according to Managing Director Sahil Nath.

Kadimi also plans to expand capacity across its facilities and actively pursue further acquisitions in Western Europe, Japan, and China.

Founded in 1977 as a manufacturer’s rep agency, Kadimi expanded into manufacturing in 1987 with flat thread rolling dies, followed by cold heading wire in 2013. In 2024, the company ventured into fastener manufacturing.
