Howmet Fastening Systems hired 26-year fastener industry veteran Sébastien Minginette as Senior Sales Director in Europe.

Minginette joined HFS in 2020 as Sales Director. Previously he worked for Arconic (2014-2020) and Alcoa Fastening Systems and Rings (2000-2014).

In December, Howmet Aerospace agreed to acquire Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) from Stanley Black & Decker for an all-cash price of approximately $1.8 billion.

Pittsburgh-based Howmet Aerospace supplies jet engine components, aerospace fastening systems, and airframe structural components for aerospace and defense applications, as well as forged aluminum wheels for commercial transportation.
