Howmet Aerospace reported strong results for the second quarter of 2026.

Fastening Systems revenue rose 37% to $589 million, driven by growth in the commercial aerospace and defense aerospace markets. Revenue includes the impacts from the Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) and Brunner acquisitions completed during Q2.

Segment adjusted EBITDA climbed 40% to $177 million, while margin increased 90 basis points year over year to 30.1%.

Consolidated Q2 revenue increased 24% to $2.55 billion, with organic growth of 21%, driven by 28% growth in the commercial aerospace market, 11% growth in the defense aerospace market and 38% growth in the gas turbines market.

Adjusted EBITDA gained 39% to $817 million, with margin improving 340 basis points year over year at 32.1%.
