Fresh off an agreement to acquire industrial fastener master distributor Kanebridge Corporation for $315 million, Hillman Solutions Corp. reported sales rose 9.8% to $442.3 million in the second quarter of 2026, supported by organic growth and contributions from recent acquisitions. Adjusted EBITDA increased 2.5% to $77.1 million.

CEO Jon-Michael Adinolfi said the Kanebridge acquisition “doubles the size of our industrial business” and expands the industrial addressable market by 50% to $3 billion. For the 12 months ending June 30th, Kanebridge generated $65 million in revenue and $30 million in adjusted EBITDA.

The acquisition of Kanebridge takes Hillman back to its roots when the company distributed fasteners to industrial customers. In the late 1990s, Hillman divested its industrial fastener business in favor of serving retail hardware customers nationally.

“We have grown to become the leading master distributor of fasteners at retail, and now that strategy has come full circle,” the company stated.
