Field announced a $2.875 million expansion for its facility in Tyler, TX.
The project will renovate 16,000 sq ft of existing facility space and create 10 new full-time positions in addition to the 26 current full-time positions.
Property tax abatements for the improvements have been approved by county officials.
“Field Fastener’s decision to invest nearly $3 million in its Tyler operation demonstrates confidence in our workforce, our business climate and the future of Smith County,” stated Scott Martinez, president and CEO of Tyler Economic Development Council.
Machesney Park, IL-based Field provides VMI and engineering services for fasteners and class-C items.
