The Fastener Industry Coalition named Rosa Hearn, CFS, CPMM of LindFast Solutions Group, as its Social Media Impact Award winner.

“Rosa has made an incredible mark on our industry through her engaging, creative, and community-driven presence online,” FIC stated. “Her passion for connecting people across the fastener world shines through in everything she shares, and this recognition is so well deserved!”

Hearn, VP of Marketing at LSG, is a well-known fastener industry veteran. Hearn, aka “Rosa the Riveter,” joined LSG in October 2025 from Brighton-Best International, where she had served as Director of Product Marketing & Communications since 2009.

Formed in the 1980s, FIC is an unincorporated association comprised of both regional and national fastener associations, along with organizations that provide services to the fastener industry.
