Kate Hutter Mason has been elected Chair of Click Bond’s Board of Directors.
Mason is the daughter of company founders Charlie and Collie Hutter and sister to its CEO, Karl Hutter. She is a longtime member of the board, leader of the company’s philanthropic efforts, and former strategic initiatives director for Click Bond.
“I’ve held several different roles inside Click Bond, but for me, the election to Board Chair really felt like it spoke to how we keep stewarding the future of this company with an eye toward its long-term vision,” stated Mason, who credits her mother, co-founder Collie Hutter, for demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Hutter will continue serving on the Board as Chair Emerita.
Mason holds a BFA from the University of Southern California and an MFA from Purchase College, State University of New York. She is the founder of Stomping Ground L.A., a community arts center established in 2020 in East Los Angeles, and she also previously cofounded and held the Artistic Directorship of L.A. Contemporary Dance Company, which served Los Angeles artists and audiences from 2005-2025. Additionally, she was a faculty member at Loyola Marymount University.
Founded in 1987, Click Bond develops and manufactures fastening hardware and adhesive bonding processes for aerospace, surface transportation, maritime, and offshore energy markets.
