Clarendon Specialty Fasteners has acquired Tulsa-based SpecTech USA, expanding its geographic footprint across the South and Midwest.
SpecTech, a AS9120-certified distributor of aerospace hardware, fasteners and engineering products for the aerospace and defense industries, will continue to operate under its own name from Tulsa, with the same management team, people and facility.
“SpecTech is a fantastic business with a strong reputation for customer service and we are delighted to welcome (CEO) Jennifer (Rankin) and her team to the Clarendon Group,” stated Clarendon VP Arnaud Zemmour.
The deal follows Clarendon's acquisition of UK distributor MGC Aerospace on October 1.
In August, Clarendon relocated its U.S. headquarters from Long Beach, CA, to a new facility 30 miles east in Irvine, increasing the company’s footprint by 30,000 sq ft.
Founded in 1982, London-based Clarendon Specialty Fasteners is a hardware distributor and placard manufacturer. PE firm Diploma PLC acquired Clarendon in 2021.
