LindFast Solutions Group named two VPs for its companies AZ Wire & Cable and LSG Electrical.

LSG promoted Joe Carlier to sales VP for AZ Wire. He joined LSG in 2025 as senior director of national accounts. Prior experience includes working for Wesco and Anixter.

“Joe has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to our customers, our people, and our growth strategy,” stated Steve Dean, Chief Commercial Officer of LSG. “His experience within the electrical distribution market, combined with his ability to build meaningful customer relationships and lead high-performing teams, makes him exceptionally well-positioned for this role.”

LSG also hired Jasneet Kaur as senior VP of LSG Electrical.

Kaur joins LSG with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the industrial and electrical sectors. Prior to joining LSG, Kaur held leadership positions with several organizations in the industrial and electrical markets, including TE Connectivity and nVent/Pentair.

“Jasneet brings a unique combination of leadership experience, industry expertise, and strategic vision that will help accelerate our growth in the electrical market,” added Dean.

Founded in 1983, Blaine, MN-based LSG is a master distributor of specialty fasteners, wire and cable, and adhesive solutions.
