Century Fasteners Corp. promoted Joan Nissen to General Manager.

Nissen joined the company in 2016 as aerospace sales manager before adding to her duties as senior sales branch manager in 2022. Prior to working for Century Fasteners, she worked for B/E Aerospace, Tristar Aerospace, and Honeywell Aerospace.

Founded in 1955, Elmhurst, NY-based Century Fasteners is a master distributor of fastener and non-fastener components to the military, aerospace, electronics, automotive, sheet metal fabrication, contract manufacturing, telecommunications and medical industries. The company operates branches in 9 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada.
