Swedish fastener manufacturer Bufab reported strong second-quarter 2026 results driven by solid organic growth and improved profitability. Net sales rose 11.1% to SEK 2,265 million, with organic growth of 5.3%. Adjusted operating margin increased to 14.7% as gross margin expanded.
First half sales climbed 6.3% and adjusted EBITA rose more than 20%.
In July, Bufab acquired UK-based D.C. Handrails and Ironwork Parts Limited, adding GBP 14.8 million in annual revenue while reinforcing its expansion strategy in specialized components.
