Arrow Tool Group (formerly Arrow Fastener) plans to lay off 140 workers at its facility in Saddle Brook, NJ.

In a notice filed with the the New Jersey Department of Labor, Arrow indicated the phased layoffs would start May 1 and end in August.

Founded in 1929 by Morris Abrams in Brooklyn, Arrow serves as the U.S. sales, marketing, and distribution hub for parent company Hangzhou GreatStar Industrial Co. headquartered in Zhejiang, China.
