AFC Industries promoted fastener industry veteran John Kovatch to Executive VP of Sales for AFC’s North American Components Group.

In his expanded role, Kovatch will continue leading key strategic initiatives across the sales organization while supporting the evolution of AFC’s National Accounts structure and overall commercial strategy.

He joined AFC in 2021 as Sales VP from Dyson Corp. Previous experience also includes working for General Fasteners Co., SFS Intec, Würth Industry North America, and Tinnerman Palnut Engineered, where he started his career in 1993.

Cincinnati-based AFC provides supply chain management for fasteners, tooling and assembly components.
