Michele Zaret of Industrial Rivet & Fastener Co. received the Ann Bisgyer Wolz Scholarship for the Fastener Training Institute.

Zaret will have the opportunity to attend the Certified Fastener Specialist course or any other class of equal or lesser value at the Fastener Training Institute.

“This is a significant achievement, and we are proud to see Michele benefit from this opportunity for professional growth and development,” stated the Women in the Fastener Industry.

Named in honor of Ann Bisgyer Wolz, former co-publisher of Fastener Industry News, this scholarship commemorates her dedication to the fastener industry. Ann began her career in high school, working for her stepfather at Allied International, and later returned to the industry with her husband, John Wolz, when they acquired Fastener Industry News in 1994.
