Italy-based Vimi Fasteners increased first-half 2026 revenues and kept profits stable.

Consolidated revenues rose 5.1%to EUR 30.2 million, driven by strengthening demand from the second quarter and a recovering automotive segment.

EBITDA remained robust at EUR 4.1 million, while net profit stabilized at EUR 1 million euros.

The company is managing costs and investing in advanced materials R&D, as a stronger automotive recovery offsets oil and gas weakness amid geopolitical tensions.

Founded in 1967, Vimi Fasteners designs and manufactures fasteners for the automotive, industrial, oil & gas and aerospace sectors.
