Threaded Fasteners Inc. hired Victoria Michaels, MBA, CPA, CGMA as accounting director.

Michaels joins Threaded Fasteners from Texas Instruments, where she worked in accounting leadership positions for 11 years.

She earned an MBA in business administration and management from East Texas A&M University and a BA in accounting from the University of South Alabama.

Founded in 1979, Mobile, AL-based Threaded Fasteners manufactures and distributes fasteners to steel fabricators, metal building contractors, industrial manufacturers and commercial construction projects.
