Valley Fastener Group has acquired Chicago Fastener for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1983, Chicago Fastener manufactures cold-headed bolts at its production facility in Mokena, IL.

Founded in 1974, Naperville, IL-based VFG manufactures semi-tubular and solid rivets, threaded products and cold formed specials. The company operates four manufacturing and distribution facilities in Illinois and Ohio.
