Super Screws Pvt Ltd of India has agreed to form a joint venture with Mitsuchi Corporation of Japan to manufacture and distribute special cold forged fasteners and other parts both in India - one of the world’s largest automotive markets - and globally, Auto Components India reports.

The new venture will set up a manufacturing plant in India to produce and distribute high-quality cold forged parts, enhancing engineering capabilities and expanding market reach for both companies.
