Simpson Strong-Tie made changes to its National Accounts team.
The company promoted Tina Haro to the recently created Director of National Accounts – National Builders position, which will oversee all aspects of our National Home Builder partnerships, as well as the Builder team. With 17 years of experience in national builder sales, Haro brings “a deep understanding of the customer segment, their unique needs and their interactions with Simpson Strong-Tie’s national pro supply partners.”
Haro has been involved with the NAHB and the Southern Nevada HBA for 13 years, including five years as an active member of the Professional Women in Building Council where she has contributed significantly to local and national committees. In 2019, she joined the Leading Suppliers Council Board of Trustees and currently serves as the vice co-chair.
Will Becker has been promoted to the new role of Director of National Accounts – Pro Supply, managing Pro Supply partners and the Pro Supply team. In his 15 years at Simpson Strong-Tie, Becker has progressed through several key positions — including Dealer and Fastener Sales Rep, Territory Manager, Senior Business Development–Software, and, most recently, Senior National Account Manager–Pro Supply.
Following recent investments in developing its digital products, Simpson Strong-Tie has promoted Jack Grant from Senior National Builder Manager to the newly created position of National Accounts Builder and Technology Manager. Grant will continue to manage some National Builder accounts directly, while adding focus on the company’s builder software approach.
Grant has “a passion for digital transformation that has helped deliver strong results at other organizations while building efficiencies in workflow management.”
“As our sales organization continues to evolve, these new positions and fresh voices will help ensure we can maintain consistency and fuel further growth for our company and our customers alike,” stated Nate Johnston, VP of National Accounts Simpson Strong-Tie.
