Stanley Black and Decker reported Engineered Fastening organic revenues rose 2% in the second quarter of 2024, driven by aerospace growth which offset market softness in automotive and general industrial. In the opening quarter, Engineered Fastening organic revenues rose 5%.

Engineered Fastening is part of the company’s Industrial segment, which reported Q2 sales declined 20% from its Infrastructure divestiture (-20%) and currency (-2%) was partially offset by price (+2%). Segment margin climbed 190 basis points to 13.5%.

Consolidated Q2 revenue at Stanley Black and Decker dropped 3% to $4 billion, as volume growth (+2%) was offset by the previously announced Infrastructure business divestiture (-3%), currency (-1%) and price (-1%). Web: stanleyblackanddecker.com
