The Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association said it has been notified of a fraudulent email sent to members regarding a partnership proposal.

“This is a scam and is not affiliated with STAFDA,” the association stated on X.

The fraudulent email was sent in the name of longtime CEO Georgia Foley, according to an email STAFDA sent to members.

STAFDA said it has confirmed that its email system has not been compromised. Web: stafda.org
