Simpson Manufacturing Co. executive VP Roger Dankel is retiring after 31 years.

He joined Simpson Strong-Tie in 1993 as a field sales representative.

Dankel will remain with the company through December 31, 2024, after which he will be employed as an executive advisor until June 30, 2025.

“Roger’s efforts have been instrumental in driving the Company's consistent sales growth and helping to champion our strong culture,” stated CEO Mike Olosky.
