Residential building products supplier PrimeSource Brands has acquired Montreal-based Cobra Anchors. The transaction is PrimeSource Brands' fifth acquisition since 2020. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1973, Cobra offers a portfolio of over 1,000 SKUs focused on hollow-wall, universal and masonry anchors.  Cobra operates two plants, located in Montreal, Canada, and in Temple, PA, as well as its distribution center in Gonesse, France. Web: cobraanchors.com

Adding Cobra enhances the PrimeSource Brands portfolio of branded products and expand the company’s reach into the home center, lumberyard and specialty retail channels.
