Allied Bolt Products has been acquired by Power Grid Components, Inc. a Blackstone portfolio company.

“Recently, I concluded Allied Bolt needed additional resources to continue its trajectory,” explained Allied Bolt president Glen Malin. “PGC was a perfect fit, given PGC’s approach towards improving and investing in businesses and strengthening their quality, reach and customer service.

“I am, by no means, stepping away, either from Allied Bolt or from my role as President. Instead, I am reenergized and excited to work for PGC to further grow Allied Bolt.”

Allied Bolt is a global supplier of hardware and components for the telecommunication and power utility industries. Headquartered in Lake Success, NY, Allied Bolt currently maintains inventory in North Carolina, Florida, and California. Allied Bolt has been incorporated in New York since 1955.
