Patriot Bolt and Fastener has acquired Ramirez Precision Machine, Inc. (RPM) for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1989 and owned and operated by industry veteran Willie Joe Ramirez, his wife Hope Ramirez, and their family, Houston-based RPM has produced precision machined fasteners for 37 years.

To help navigate the transition, Willie Joe and Hope’s daughter, Miranda Blum, and son, David Ramirez, will join Patriot Bolt in key leadership roles. Miranda will serve as Account Manager and David will serve as Precision Machinist.

Customers of both companies gain access to a broader portfolio, including custom fasteners machined from round bar, precision machined components, and Patriot Bolt's specialty-fastener inspection and manufacturing.

“Willie Joe and Hope built something special at RPM,” stated Kris Kolb, President of Patriot Bolt. “By combining RPM's decades of machining expertise with Patriot Bolt’s capabilities, we can offer customers more capacity, more solutions, and faster response times.”

Founded in 2018, Houston-based Patriot Bolt manufactures custom fasteners from machined round bar for the energy industry.
