MW Components hired fastener industry veteran Grant Bele as GM of Rockford Fastener.

Bele joins MW Components from Abbott Interfast, where he served as senior operations director for six years. Prior to that, he director of sourcing for Optimas OE Solutions. He started his career with Anixter in 2003 as purchasing manager for Pentacon.
