LindFast Solutions Group (LSG) completed the purchase of Merco Tape on May 13. Financial terms were not disclosed.

LindFast was formed with the Lindstrom acquisition of Stelfast in 2018 and was acquired by Nautical Partners in 2019. Three years later, LindFast acquired New Jersey-based Star Stainless Screw and Toronto-based Fasteners and Fittings.
