LindFast Solutions Group (“LSG”), a Nautic Partners portfolio company, today announced the successful closing of its acquisition of AZ Wire & Cable (“AZ”), a MFG Partners company.

Founded in 1983, Blaine, MN-based LSG is a master distributor of specialty fasteners. Nautic Partners acquired LSG in 2019 in partnership with management.
