Huyett promoted Dave Audia to VP of Sales. He succeeds Dan Harriger, who served as Huyett’s VP of Sales for almost nine years and is retiring after a 43-year fastener career.
Serving as Huyett’s Director of Sales since January of 2016, Audia’s primary role has been to support fastener distributor partnerships in the Northeast region and lead Huyett’s Regional Sales Managers in charge of developing the East Coast business. Prior to joining Huyett, he held various positions in the fastener industry from 1990 onwards, including VP of Sales at Advance Components from 2007–2016 and several sales roles at ARaymond Tinnerman from 1990–2007. He earned a degree in business administration/finance from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Baldwin Wallace University.
Huyett also promoted Dewey Oxner, a seven-year member of Harriger’s team, will fulfill Audia’s previous role as Director of Sales. Oxner most recently served as Huyett’s Corporate Business Development Director for two years and as Regional Sales Manager on the East Coast from 2017-2022. He began his fastener career at MSC Industrial Supply in 2014. Oxner holds two bachelor’s degrees in corporate finance and business management from the University of South Carolina.
