New manager started working for General Motors in 2024 as a design release engineer for joint design, with prior experience at Atlas Copco and EJOT.

General Motors promoted Jamie Skovron, Ph.D., to manager of fastener engineering.

Skovron started working for GM in 2024 as a design release engineer for joint design. Prior to that he worked for Atlas Copco and EJOT.

He earned a doctorate in automotive engineering from Clemson University and a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Central Florida.
