Fasco Inc. has acquired the business assets of distributor In-Line Fastener, Inc., expanding Fasco’s presence in the industrial fastener distribution market.

Founded in 1990, Elk Grove Village, IL-based In-Line Fastener distributes custom bolts, fasteners, nuts, washers, and related industrial hardware components.

“This acquisition is an exciting step forward for Fasco and aligns well with our long-term growth strategy,” stated Fasco President Larry Arbetman. “In-Line has built a strong business with longstanding customer and supplier relationships that complement our existing operations.”

Founded in 1978, Alsip, IL-based Fasco distributes fasteners and C-class items to OEMs across automotive, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, and other specialized markets. The company has operations in Alsip; Tainan, Taiwan; and a soon-to-open location in Querétaro, Mexico.
