Bulten Group subsidiary Exim has been selected by Fremont, CA-based Lam Research Corp. as a supply chain partner and consolidator for C-parts supporting its manufacturing operations in Asia.

The agreement covers Lam Research manufacturing facilities in Malaysia, Taiwan and South Korea, where Exim will provide sourcing, consolidation and logistics services for a range of C-parts used in semiconductor equipment manufacturing.

Deliveries are expected to commence in 2027. When fully implemented, the annual business volume associated with the agreement is expected to exceed US$10 million.

“The appointment by Lam Research reflects our ability to combine efficient sourcing, high supply reliability and local presence across multiple markets,” stated Edim MD Felix Lian. “The semiconductor industry is an attractive growth market with high requirements for precision, quality and delivery reliability, as well as strong long-term demand drivers.”

Demand for semiconductor manufacturing equipment continues to be driven by long-term trends such as digitalization, artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure and data center investments.

Founded in 1982, Singapore-based Exim supplies fasteners, electro-mechanical components, sleevings / tubings, wires and C-parts to multinational manufacturers and OEMs.
