Endries International, Inc. has acquired distributor Assembly Fasteners, Inc. (AFI) for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1984 by Hugh Watson, Apopka, FL-based AFI offers VMI, CMI, and iBinDrop for fasteners and electronic hardware. Web: afi.cc

“This acquisition strengthens our presence in Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas, and increases our relationship with a key supplier of ours, PennEngineering, whom we have in common with AFI,” stated Endries CEO Michael Knight.
