Distribution Solutions Group said its operating company, Lawson Products, agreed to acquire Canadian MRO distributor Source Atlantic.

Source Atlantic, headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, Source Atlantic also distributes safety products, fasteners, and related value-add services, with annual sales of CAD$250 million (US$184 million). Along with existing Lawson sales representatives in Canada, the company will offer a “high-touch, specialty distribution platform” with the convenience of branch locations across the country.
