Distribution Solutions Group has completed its acquisition of GradeEight Holdings, LLC, including its Winzer, OneSource and FastServ Supply brands.

GradeEight is a $110 million, multi-brand MRO distribution platform utilizing a national network of franchisees under Winzer Corporation and retail-facing storefronts through FastServ Supply located in Texas and Arkansas. GradeEight supplies fasteners, electrical supplies, chemicals, shop supplies, automotive supplies, safety supplies, cutting tools, abrasives, hydraulics, and janitorial supplies.

The transaction follows DSG's September acquisition of American Fasteners, a South Florida distributor with roughly $39 million in revenue. Together, the deals show a sustained push to broaden the company's MRO customer base and geographic footprint.

Founded in 1978, Winzer serves customers across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Canada, supported by distribution facilities in Texas and Michigan. In addition, GradeEight operates FastServ Supply, a brick-and-mortar retail chain with eight locations across Texas and Arkansas. Both businesses serve automotive, construction, manufacturing, transportation & logistics, government and public sector, energy, agriculture, and other industrial sectors.

Fort Worth, TX-based DSG distributes fasteners and other products to MROs and OEMs in the industrial technologies markets. DSG was formed in 2022 through the combination of Lawson Products, Gexpro Services, a global supply chain services provider to manufacturing customers, and electronic test & measurement solutions provider TestEquity.
