Distribution Solutions Group has acquired Tech-Component Resources Pte Ltd (“TCR”), a Southeast Asian distributor of fasteners, mechanical components, and other industrial products. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2004, Singapore-based TCR distributes fasteners, mechanical components, and other industrial products for manufacturing sectors serving the telecommunication, electronics, automotive, medical and construction industries. DSG also completed its acquisition of ConRes Test Equipment.

Fort Worth, TX-based DSG distributes fasteners and other products to the MROs and OEMs in the industrial technologies markets.
