The Bossard Group completed its acquisition of the French Aero Negoce International (ANI) Group, announced on July 24.

Founded in 1993, Béziers, France-based ANI distributes aerospace fasteners and provides logistics services. The company also has locations in the U.S. and Malaysia. ANI employs 33 people and expects to generate sales of EUR 25 million (US$27.1 million) this year.

In combination with Boysen (now Bossard Aerospace Germany), acquired in 2019, the deal makes the Swiss manufacturer a significant provider of fasteners and logistics services in the European aerospace industry. Web: bossard.com
