Alabama-based Birmingham Fastener has acquired Anchor Bolt & Supply in Odessa, TX.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1952, Anchor Bolt & Supply distributes fasteners, including concrete anchors, industrial bolts, chains, hardware, and nuts to the oil and gas industry.

Anchor Bolt & Supply co-owners Paul and Kyle Anderson will manage daily operations in the Midland-Odessa area.

In addition James Province, General Manager of Houston Fastener Manufacturing — a Birmingham Fastener company — will play a crucial role in the partnership.

Founded in 1980, Birmingham Fastener manufactures and distributes fasteners for structural steel fabrication, metal building manufacturers, transportation, water works and utilities, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), construction, as well as MRO. The Birmingham, AL-based company operates distribution centers across the U.S. and Mexico.
